Handcrafted in Upstate New York
In 2022, brothers Mert and Ahmet Gurcan set up an embroidery machine in their dad’s tailoring shop, Gurcan Tailor, nestled in the countryside of Upstate New York. What started as a side project turned into something real.
Every hat we make is stitched right here in the USA. No overseas factories. No middlemen. Just two brothers, a machine, and a commitment to doing it right. In 2025 we launched EmbroideryDude as its own brand, and we’re still running it the same way we always have.
