Bulk custom hats get cheaper at set quantities. At our shop, the price per hat drops at 2, 6, 12, 24, 48 and 100 hats. A hat with front text goes from $29 for one to $19 at 48 or more, and a hat with your logo goes from $39 to $20 at 100 or more. There are no setup fees, and pricing applies automatically in the designer.

- 1 hat: $29
- 2–5 hats: $24 each
- 6–11 hats: $22 each

Extra spots on the side or back
Adding a second spot gets cheaper in bulk too:
- Text on a side or the back: adds $8 a hat for one hat, down to $3 a hat at 100 or more.
- A logo on a side or the back: adds $15 a hat for one hat, down to $4 a hat at 100 or more.
How hats are counted
This is where our pricing works in your favor:
- Text prices count every hat in your order. Ten hats with ten different names still count as ten hats.
- Logo prices count every hat that carries that logo, across all styles and colors. Twelve Richardson 112s and twelve Flexfit 6277s with the same logo get the 24-hat price.
- Mixing colors and styles is fine. You don’t have to order everything in one hat to reach a break.
How to get the best price per hat
- Order together. One order of 24 costs less per hat than two orders of 12.
- Check how close you are to the next break. The designer tells you how many more hats get you to the next price. Sometimes two extra hats cost less than you’d think.
- Reuse one logo. Every hat with the same logo counts together.
- Add extra spots only where they help. A back spot is great for a website, but it does add to each hat.
An example order
Say a landscaping company orders 24 hats with its logo on the front: 12 black Richardson 112s and 12 navy Flexfit 6277s. All 24 carry the same logo, so every hat gets the 24-hat price of $22. That’s $528 for 24 hats, with digitizing included and free shipping in the contiguous US. Buying those same hats one at a time would cost $39 each.

Do I need a quote for bulk custom hats?
Not for normal bulk orders. The designer shows your exact price. For 500+ hats or if you need an invoice, send us a quote request.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee and no separate digitizing fee, at any quantity.
How long does a bulk order take?
