Why many shops have a minimum (and we don’t)
A lot of embroidery shops require 12 or 24 hats. Part of the reason is setup: turning a logo into a stitch file takes time, and some shops charge a digitizing fee for it, then spread that cost over a big order.
We built digitizing into our logo price instead, and we stitch everything in-house, so one hat is welcome. That makes custom hats work for gifts, for testing a design, or for anyone who just wants one great hat.

- Pick a hat and a color.
- Type your text or upload your logo, then drag it into place.
- Add a side or back spot if you want one.

When ordering a few more saves money
The price per hat drops as soon as you order two. Two text hats are $24 each instead of $29, and six are $22 each. If you’re ordering a gift for one person, it’s worth asking if anyone else in the family or the group wants one too. Is a single hat stitched any differently?
No. It’s made on the same machines with the same Madeira thread and the same hand check as a big order.
How long does one hat take?
Orders ship in 5–7 business days. If you have a deadline, like a birthday, reach out before you order.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
