No quotes and no setup fees. Prices drop on their own at 2, 6, 12, 24, 48 and 100 pieces of the same style, and your cart shows exactly where each style stands and what the next break saves you.
Each style counts on its own
Every color and size of the same style adds up. Twelve Richardson 112 truckers in four colors count as 12. A different style keeps its own count.
Text counts every piece
Names, numbers and words can change from piece to piece. Text prices count every piece of that style in your cart.
Logos count the pieces that carry them
A logo’s price counts the pieces of that style with that same logo. Two different logos on one style each get their own count.
You see it before you pay
The designer shows your price as you change quantities, and the cart lists each style’s price ladder and how many more reach the next break.
Hats
Hat prices, per hat of one style
Every hat style uses the same table: the hat, plus the front embroidery. Add a side or the back and it adds the amount in the last column. No minimum: order one hat or a hundred.

Top prices: the garment, plus each chest
Polos, button-downs, quarter-zips, hoodies and jackets are priced as the blank garment plus the stitching on each chest you use. Left and right chest cost the same. The minimum is 4 pieces of a style, in any mix of colors and sizes, because we order them in from our wholesaler.

Text on a chest costs less than a logo, and the other chest adds the same again. Bigger sizes: 2XL +$2, 3XL +$3, 4XL and up +$4.

How a few real orders add up
12 trucker hats, one logo
12 Richardson 112 truckers in three colors, your logo on the front. They count as 12, so each hat is $24.

Two hat styles, same logo
12 Richardson 112 truckers and 12 Yupoong 6245CM dad hats. Each style counts on its own, so both get the 12–23 price of $24.
24 × $24 = $576
Crew hats with names
6 Flexfit 6277 caps with a front logo and each person’s name on the side. Logo $26 plus side text $5.

Bulk pricing questions
Do different colors of the same style count together?
Yes. Every color and size of a style counts toward that style’s price, even across separate designs in your cart.
Do different styles count together?
No. Each style has its own count. Ten truckers and ten beanies are priced as 10 and 10, not 20. Your cart shows each style’s count and the next break.
Can every piece have a different name?
Yes. Text prices count every piece of the style, so ten hats with ten different names are priced as ten.
What if I use two different logos?
Each logo counts the pieces of that style that carry it. Ten hats with logo A and two with logo B price logo A at the 6–11 rate and logo B at the 2–5 rate.
Is there a minimum?
No minimum on hats. Tops have a 4-piece minimum per style, in any mix of colors and sizes.
Are there other fees?
No setup or digitizing fees, and shipping is free in the contiguous US. A digital proof before stitching is optional at $8.99 per order. Sales tax is added at checkout.
